Chippendale Card Table
29"H., 23 1/2" W., 12 1/2" D. (25" Open)
Materials: Mahogany, Maple, Cork

A Diminutive card table based on a similar piece made in Salem, MA in the mid-eighteenth cenury. It has a single drawer blocked front with cabriole legs terminating in a Philadelphia style ball-and-claw foot. Both rear legs swing out on a maple five knucke finger joint. The finish is aniline dye and garnet shellac.
